A starting point, not advice. Moisture tests, slab condition and your exact use can change the right answer, and a site visit settles it.
Four things that decide a system.
Where it is
Garages, basements, shops, outdoor slabs and commercial floors each favor different systems.
How hard it is used
Heavy wheels and chemicals call for thicker, harder systems.
The big challenge
Hot tires, sun, moisture, chemicals or slips shape the topcoat.
The look
Quiet, patterned, statement or natural finishes use different families.

What is the difference between epoxy and polyaspartic?
Epoxy bonds hard and builds thickness at a lower cost but cures slower and can yellow in sunlight. Polyaspartic cures much faster, resists UV and handles hot tires better, and costs more. Many floors use an epoxy or polyaspartic base with a polyaspartic topcoat.
What if my slab has cracks, moisture or an old coating?
We repair cracks and pits first, test moisture and use vapor-barrier primers when readings are high, and remove failed coatings instead of covering them. We explain what we find and what it means for the system and the price.
Can I see colors and samples first?
Yes. We bring sample boards of flake blends, metallic effects, quartz, solid colors and stains so you can judge color and gloss in your own light. Our Floor Studio also lets you preview systems and colors on a virtual floor.
Want advice for your own floor?
A short conversation, real samples and a moisture test often settle the question.
