What it is, and why it matters.

Dusty floors are a sign of soft, porous surface concrete. A densifier reacts inside the slab to harden it, which cuts dusting and boosts abrasion resistance. A sealer or guard on top adds stain protection.

We densify and seal concrete in Nashville and across Tennessee, in warehouses, shops and polished floors. We clean and prep the slab, apply the densifier evenly, rinse or buff as needed and add the right sealer. It is often used before or after polishing, or alone on floors that only need to stop dusting.
